During weekly open hours, noon-6 every Sunday, I would be happy to guide you though the process of hand building your own pot. Come with or without experience. No matter your skill level, everyone can enjoy getting a bit messy. If you like what you’ve made, come back to glaze it after firing. Anyone can come make a pot for free, though donations are welcome and contribute to our Creative Access Fund to provide materials. Contact me in advance to avoid disappointment.
Space and Kiln Rental
I’m currently looking for ceramicists to join my studio space. Rent for the space goes towards keeping our Sunday Session open to all of our neighbours, as well as paying a studio manager to run the kiln and help source materials.
£150 per month individually or £600 per month as a group, includes:
- ample room for up to 4 people.
- plenty of storage space.
- 24hr access.
- 60 L kiln.
- kick wheel and some tools.
- materials available.
- shopfront on a well trafficked square.
- great space to hold small workshops
If you are interested please get in touch though email@example.com .
While I have tried my hardest to make a safe and welcoming environment for all, our space has limitations. Our loo is ambulatory accessible and the nearest public wheelchair facility is 3 minutes down the road at the London Buddhist Centre. If you’ve got any questions about our capabilities please reach out.
